By sending customized gift boxes, we encourage key buyers to schedule a virtual call with our showroom to learn more about gifted products, continue dialogue regarding special projects, and foster relationship-building through our free retail consulting services.
- Discover Our Collective: Beyond the brands we spotlight at regional events, our gifting program showcases the quality and breadth of brands within our showroom collective. This is a great opportunity to introduce new brands and product launches.
- Promote Unique Buyer Opportunities: Through our gifting program, brands are able to present key buyers with unique opportunities or opening order specials to encourage brand engagement.
Terms and Conditions:
Thank you for choosing Reason and Remedy’s Strategic Gifting Registration. By completing the registration process, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:
- Non-Refundable Fees: Due to the early planning and resource investment into this program, all fees associated with gifting are non-refundable under any circumstances. We appreciate your understanding of this policy.
- Marketing Event Changes: In the event of a marketing event cancellation by Reason and Remedy, registered brands will be offered the flexibility to choose an alternative marketing event or gifting region of equal value. This option comes at no additional charge.
- Gifting Details: Brands opting for the regional gifting registration have the unique opportunity to gift key buyers, provide marketing collateral and offer special promotional offers. To facilitate this, registered brands are required to ship a minimum quantity of 50 to 100 products (this number will be provided based on the verified list of buyers for each region) to the Reason and Remedy Showroom. Specific deadlines will be provided for each marketing event to ensure adequate time for the coordination of brand collateral, kitting, and shipping.
- Shipping Responsibility: Registered brands are responsible for arranging and covering the shipping costs of the gifted products to the Reason and Remedy showroom. An event-specific shipping label will be provided for each marketing event. This label should be attached to every box to ensure the correct routing and allocation of gifts. Please ensure you provide Reason and Remedy with the tracking number of each shipment, along with the brand name and event name. Send this information to info@ReasonAndRemedy.com.
By proceeding with the event registration, you confirm your agreement to adhere to these terms and conditions. You understand the non-refundable nature of certain fees, the options available in the case of event cancellation, and your obligations related to gifting. Reason and Remedy reserves the right to amend or modify these terms when necessary.
