Elevate Your Market Presence with Reason and Remedy’s ExpoBox
Beyond our Dallas Market Center showroom and in-person regional events, we extend our outreach through our personalized virtual consultation concept – the ExpoBox.
We thoughtfully curate a limited selection of products each season for a targeted roster of influential buyers in various regions. What sets this program apart is the flexibility it offers. We understand the busy schedules of these buyers, so we provide the option to schedule a Zoom call at their convenience. During this call, we provide brand education, offer complimentary operational advice, and address any inquiries – just as we would do during our in-person regional events.
Terms and Conditions:
Thank you for choosing Reason and Remedy’s ExpoBox Program. By completing the registration process, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:
- Non-Refundable Fees: Due to the advanced planning and resource investment into this program, all fees associated with gifting are non-refundable under any circumstances. We appreciate your understanding of this policy.
- Marketing Event Changes: In the event of a marketing event cancellation by Reason and Remedy, registered brands will be offered the flexibility to choose an alternative marketing event or of equal value. This option comes at no additional charge.
- ExpoBox Gifting Details: Brands opting for the regional ExpoBox registration have the unique opportunity to gift a curated list of key buyers, provide marketing collateral and offer special promotional offers. To facilitate this, registered brands are required to ship a minimum quantity of 50 to 75 products to the Reason and Remedy Showroom. The exact number will be provided based on the verified list of buyers for each region. Specific regional deadlines will be provided for each marketing event to ensure adequate time for the coordination of brand collateral, kitting, and shipping.
- Shipping Responsibility: Registered brands are responsible for arranging and covering the shipping costs of the gifted products to the Reason and Remedy showroom. An event-specific shipping label will be provided for each marketing event. This label should be attached to every box to ensure the correct routing and allocation of gifts. Please ensure you provide Reason and Remedy with the tracking number of each shipment, along with the brand name and event name. You will be provided with a detailed list of instructions and deadlines for each marketing event purchased.
By proceeding with the event registration, you confirm your agreement to adhere to these terms and conditions. You understand the non-refundable nature of certain fees, the options available in the case of event cancellation, and your obligations related to gifting. Reason and Remedy reserves the right to amend or modify these terms when necessary.
